Vida Personal is a Swiss recruitment and temporary staffing business for nursing and other healthcare professions. It describes itself as a startup and works as both a placement agency and a temporary staffing office. It is based in Schübelbach and says it serves Zürich, St. Gallen, Schwyz and the surrounding areas.

The company was founded by people who had themselves worked for years as temporary staff in the healthcare sector. For employers it offers permanent placements, where a success fee falls due only once an employment contract is signed, and temporary staffing, where it handles salary payments, insurance and social insurance contributions. It also offers Try & Hire, which lets a client take on a temporary employee permanently after an agreed induction period.

Vida Personal also runs an emergency pool of cover staff for short-notice absences. It says this is one of the largest care pools in its region.
