Vida Connected Specialists

Vida Connected Specialists (VIDA) is a specialist global executive search partner placing senior leaders in BioTech, MedTech, Manufacturing and Engineering, and the Outsourced Payroll and Global Employer of Record industry. Established in 2017, VIDA focuses on four pillars: BioTech, MedTech, Manufacturing and Engineering, and Outsourced Payroll and Global EOR. Each practice is led by a sector specialist with deep functional and geographic coverage.

VIDA is an insight-led search partner, not a contingent recruiter. Every engagement is mapped, market-tested and delivered through a structured search methodology designed to remove complexity for the hiring company. The company delivers global executive search assignments across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America from offices in London and Leeds.

VIDA distinguishes itself from traditional recruitment agencies through their methodical approach. They do not operate as a contingent recruiter but as a structured partner in executive search. With offices in London and Leeds, they work with senior leaders and organisations across multiple sectors and geographies.
