Victoria Janus & Associates

Victoria Janus and Associates is a partnership founded on the values of victory and transitions - from the Roman gods of success and new beginnings - dedicated to helping clients grow, succeed and be victorious through every phase of their business lifecycle. Partners and Associates come from varied backgrounds across multiple industry sectors and excel in their respective fields, focused entirely on clients' growth and future success. Consultancy services range from complex advisory work and large programme management through to smaller-scale projects and outsourced training, with specialist expertise in growth strategies, turnarounds and restructuring. The firm works across all markets, sectors and industries with dedicated teams covering human capital and workforce management, technology and business services, the public sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, investment and funding, succession and exit planning, financial planning and management.

Victoria Janus and Associates' search and selection services focus on identifying top-tier talent in sales and recruitment, deploying a dedicated team that specialises in understanding client business culture and commercial requirements. The partnership works with only the top five percent of candidates and offers contingent, retained and fully outsourced recruitment solutions, with entry-level programmes for sourcing, onboarding and training new market entrants.
