Veteran Staffing Canada

Veteran Staffing Canada is a veteran-owned, full-service employment agency launched in 2016 as a division of Athenian Group Ltd, dedicated to supporting military heroes and their families in the transition from military to civilian life. The firm provides recruitment, placement and payrolling services to Canadian companies seeking to hire veterans and current serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve, with expertise across roles ranging from engineering and administration through information systems, management, field services and skilled trades.

Canadian Forces personnel bring years of training and operational deployment experience in leadership and technical skills, with safety and teamwork embedded as core values. Veterans possess highly transferable skills including critical decision-making, strong work ethic, loyalty and commitment to teamwork - qualities essential in fast-paced business environments. Veteran Staffing Canada sources candidates with experience across multiple technical disciplines including aerospace engineering, telecommunications, construction engineering, electrical and mechanical systems, fire, logistics, medical, nursing, supply and vehicle operations.

The firm offers tailored recruitment solutions including temporary staffing, contract and project recruitment, contingent worker programs, permanent direct placement and executive search, matched to each client's unique requirements, culture and environment. With offices in Calgary, Veteran Staffing Canada focuses on building long-term relationships with organisations and candidates alike, with the core goal of supporting veterans' post-military careers while delivering exceptional talent to Canadian employers.
