Van Ulzen Recruitment and More offers Recruitment as a Service, and its own line is that it is Recruitment as a Service maar dan echt persoonlijk, genuinely personal. Niels van Ulzen helps organisations recruit in a way he describes as logical: one face, one working method and always inzage, meaning the client can see progress at any time. Instead of separate high invoices there is a subscription that fits the organisation's hiring need. Three services are offered: Recruitment as a Service, training and coaching for a client's own team, and recruitment advies or consult that gives an honest picture of where recruitment is stuck along with concrete next steps.

The experience behind it is set out plainly. Seven years on the agency side covered technical profiles, sourcing and approaching candidates. More than eleven years in-house followed, across roles that ran from salarisadministratie to HR and from customer service to accountmanagement, as well as sales and management. The company says the point of that breadth is to look further than whether someone fits on paper, and that candidates get the attention they deserve because every applicant follows the same route.

Three packages are published. Recruitment Start costs 995 euros a month for two hours a week, typically one vacancy, with digital collaboration and constant visibility. Recruitment Scale costs 1995 euros a month for four hours a week, typically two vacancies, with a weekly update and regular time on site. Recruitment Professional starts at 3975 euros a month for eight to twenty hours a week, often as a temporary replacement for a permanent recruiter, with ATS implementation possible and a handover to the client's successor. The working method runs from kennismaking through an intake on the role and team, searching and approaching candidates, selection and interviews, to handover and continuity. Clients can scale up or down, and can pause the subscription when there are no vacancies.
