Van Het Hof Executive Search

Van het Hof Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm specialising in sourcing and placing senior-level talent across commercial, human resources, talent management and finance functions. Founded on the principle of building meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, the firm leverages deep subject matter expertise to identify and represent high-performing professionals who seek to make a genuine impact within their organisations. Jeroen, the principal, excels in understanding the nuanced needs of both parties to facilitate optimal matches between exceptional candidates and forward-thinking employers.

The firm's core recruitment specialisations encompass senior commercial vacancies, HR leadership roles, talent acquisition and development positions, and finance executive placements. Rather than structuring practices around specific industries, Van het Hof Executive Search recognises that top performers often transition across sectors and that industries themselves evolve through disruption and consolidation. This approach enables the firm to identify the highest-calibre candidates regardless of their previous industry background, ensuring clients access truly exceptional talent pools.

Operating from the Netherlands, Van het Hof Executive Search serves organisations seeking senior-level recruitment support through a transparent, strategic methodology. The firm distinguishes itself by representing passive candidates often unavailable through conventional recruitment channels, positioning itself as a genuinely relevant business partner for companies seeking high-impact senior appointments. Prospective clients and candidates are invited to engage in confidential consultations regarding senior position recruitment or individual career aspirations.
