Vallework Personalagentur is a recruitment and staffing agency based in Dornbirn, in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. It is owned and managed by Valentin Sottopietra.

The agency offers permanent placement, temporary staffing through employee leasing, and advice and coaching. Leasing staff are employed by Vallework, which handles their payroll, while the client company directs their work and receives a statement of the hours actually worked. A client can take on a leased worker permanently if the arrangement suits both sides.
