Va Vermittlung

VA Vermittlung is a German recruitment specialist focused on placing freelancers and virtual assistants for organisations seeking flexible workforce solutions. The company serves startups, agencies and consulting firms in marketing, PR, event services and IT, as well as medium-sized traditional businesses requiring project-based staffing.

The company specialises in remote freelancing and virtual assistance (Virtuelle Assistenz), positioning flexible talent-sharing as the solution to workforce resource constraints rather than an optional add-on. VA Vermittlung addresses common organisational challenges including workload overload, skilled talent shortages and project delivery constraints by sourcing highly-qualified remote professionals in administration, finance, marketing and sales disciplines.

The agency operates with a #perfectmatch guarantee philosophy, conducting initial consultations, strategy sessions and comprehensive candidate sourcing from their vetted freelancer and virtual assistant network. They oversee candidate coordination and onboarding, ensuring successful integration and sustained partnership between clients and their remote team augmentations.
