V7 Recruitment

V7 Recruitment is a Manchester-based recruitment agency that places contract and permanent staff in specialist technical and project-led sectors. It was founded in 2017 by Steven Whiston, who is its Managing Director, and trades as a name of WWHB Recruitment Limited.

The agency recruits for aviation, construction, data centres, fire and security, power generation and utilities, as well as mission critical construction projects. Roles include aviation engineers and mechanics, white-collar construction staff from design and consultancy to site and project management, electrical project engineers and design managers in data centre construction, and fire alarm and security engineers.

It serves organisations in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the UAE, with offices in Manchester, Dublin, Frankfurt and Helsinki. It says it began with four staff and has since more than tripled in size. It has been appointed exclusive recruitment provider to data centre construction firm MJM Construction for projects in Finland, Europe and the United States.
