US Veterans Support

SourceVets is a veterans support portal built around employment opportunities for veterans, and its homepage offers two routes: share my resume, or hire a veteran. The site states that Rangam's mission is to improve the quality of life for its candidates while providing exceptional service to its clients, and that the portal works directly with service providers in order to deliver the best possible services available. A visitor is asked to take the first step by sharing a resume, after which one of the SourceVets case managers makes contact.

The support offered goes well beyond a job board. The partner service providers are veteran owned and operated businesses that understand the needs of military personnel. They serve and support separating soldiers, veterans, reservists and military family members by preparing them for employment, securing career employment and equipping them with post employment job coaching. They also provide for physical and behavioural healthcare needs, and supply residential services so that people integrate successfully and for the long term into their communities and their chosen careers. A knowledge base collects articles, career resources, healthcare roles and frequently asked questions.

The portal addresses employment opportunities for veterans and their families across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reservists. Employers are invited through the same site to hire a veteran. Alongside its cookie and privacy policies the site publishes a responsible AI statement, and it links to accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram for people who want to follow it.
