Universal Staffing

Universal Staffing is a Canadian staffing agency that supplies temporary, contract and permanent workers to employers across a range of industries. Universal Staffing Inc. opened in May 2002 in Brampton, Ontario, where its head office remains. Robert Laurenza is named as its founder, and the company says it has been in business for over 24 years.

It places workers in warehouse and distribution, courier, waste removal, automotive, administrative and food service roles, and says it assigns approximately 350+ temporary workers at any given time. Its Mississauga branch handles inquiries for general labour, drivers and skilled trades.

The company operates three branches in Ontario, two in Eastern Canada and a remote office in Vancouver, with a branch staff of 25. It reports serving companies in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Branches are in Barrie, Cambridge, Mississauga, Halifax and Moncton, alongside the Brampton head office.
