United Recruiting Solutions (URS) is an Australian owned boutique recruitment agency offering labour hire and permanent recruitment. It provides licensed labour hire in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and permanent recruitment across Australia. It is based in Victoria, with an office in Mordialloc, and says it also recruits across NSW, QLD, WA and beyond.

Its labour hire service supplies skilled and semi-skilled workers for Warehousing and Logistics, Manufacturing, Horticulture, Administration, and Building, Civil and Construction, and it handles vetting, tickets, PPE and inductions. Permanent recruitment covers executive and specialist white collar placements, including senior leaders, managers, functional specialists, and sales and office personnel. These appointments are managed from role briefing and targeted search through to offer management and onboarding support.
