Unify Recruitment

Unify Recruitment is a recruitment business based in Sydney that focuses on the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector. It recruits across Australia and New Zealand in engineering, data centres, commercial construction, infrastructure, utilities and energy, business support, and trades and labour.

Its work is organised around three stages of a project: design, build and maintain. For design, it supplies talent and works with clients, consultancies, principal contractors and sub-contractors. For build, it assembles teams for major projects, matching individual skills and how people work together. For maintain, it provides candidates to look after assets and equipment and keep downtime low.

Aled Lewis and Harry Beattie founded the company in 2023. It reports 64 supplier agreements, an 83% vacancy fill rate and 93% of candidates still in employment after 12 months. It says its placements range from newly qualified people in first roles to senior management.
