Uniflex

Uniflex is one of Sweden's leading staffing and recruitment companies, employing over 3,000 people across approximately 40 locations throughout the country. The company believes that a job is more than just a task; it is a place where individuals develop both daily and long-term, and works to ensure candidates find the right role and experience growth.

The firm specialises in production-focused leadership and specialist roles, including driftchefer (operations managers), maintenance technicians, logistics specialists, quality managers, and other production-adjacent professionals. Uniflex has developed customised staffing and recruitment solutions that provide the right competence in the right place, whether the need is immediate or long-term strategic hiring.

With one of Sweden's largest candidate banks, Uniflex helps hundreds of future colleagues find the right role for their skills every week. The company offers both recruitment and staffing services, understanding that the choice between hiring a permanent employee or engaging staffing support depends on factors including pace, organisational flexibility, and internal resource capacity.
