Unger Executive

Unger Executive GmbH is a Düsseldorf based company that works along three lines named in its own strapline: executive search, board advisory and due diligence experts. It describes its purpose as matching proven and visionary leaders with consumer brands and platforms that shape how people live, learn, care and connect, which places it squarely in the consumer economy rather than in general management search. The site is arranged for the two audiences it serves, with separate Clients and Candidates routes alongside About, FAQs and Contact pages.

The services are set out one by one. The first is the placement of experienced professionals and executives in the European consumer industry, with a focus on brand, tech and health. The second is board advisory to private equity owned portfolio companies, to family offices, and to family owned small and medium sized companies and start-ups. The third takes the company into transactions: it advises private equity funds and corporates from the identification of possible takeover targets in beauty and health right through to conducting the due diligence, and it advises family owned small and medium sized beauty and health companies, along with start-ups and scale-ups, on a potential sale. Behind all of it sits over 20 years of professional experience in both the financial and the beauty and health industries.

Unger Executive works from the Rheinisches Palais at Breite Straße 27, 40213 Düsseldorf, and publishes two numbers, +49 211 1581 1391 for business and +49 152 3677 1175 as a mobile, alongside [email protected]. What it says it stands for is authentic industry knowledge and relevant insights, drawn from its own experience in the industry and from an extensive network of passionate professionals, giving clients real insight into a consumer business that changes constantly. The offer to a client is framed as bolt-on specialist advice and talent, brought in so that the business can play a leading and innovative role in its market.
