Uncommonly Good People, known as ugp, is a specialist recruitment business for AdTech, MarTech, media technology and performance marketing. It has worked with hiring managers in these fields since 2020 across Asia Pacific and the UK, with a focus on Southeast Asia. Its clients are brands, agencies and platforms around the world, and it also helps them hire offshore talent.

It offers three ways of working: Managed Talent Partner, Managed Search and Triage. Engagements start with a discovery conversation about the client's requirements, followed by a shortlist of three candidates, whom the company schedules, prepares and manages through interview. Roles it recruits for include programmatic traders and paid search specialists.

The team says it has more than 30 years of combined experience placing digital talent across the UK, Australia, Singapore and the Philippines. The company reports more than 1,000 placements, 85% of hires still in post after a year, 70% of clients returning and a 21-day average time-to-hire.
