Ultra Personnel (Bedfordview)

Ultra Personnel is a South African company that trades under the description Ultra Personnel, Staffing solutions, and its homepage opens by placing itself precisely: situated in Bedfordview, Gauteng, South Africa. The welcome is short and aimed squarely at employers. Its team of qualified and experienced consultants, it says, is equipped to assist a client in making the right hiring decision for their company. The site is built around a small set of pages, Home, About Us, Accreditation, Legislation, How we work, Affiliated Companies and Contact Us, with a POPI section alongside them.

Rather than listing industry specialisms, Ultra Personnel gives most of its site over to the compliance side of staffing in South Africa. Accreditation and Legislation each have a page of their own, sitting next to the explanation of how the company works, and the company publishes both a privacy policy and POPIA material covering the Protection of Personal Information Act that governs how candidate data is handled. It also keeps an Affiliated Companies page, indicating that it works alongside related businesses rather than alone. On empowerment it states its position plainly: Ultra Personnel is a Level 4 BBEEE supplier.

The company operates from Bedfordview, in the Gauteng province, and the commitment it makes to clients is set out as a single promise, to provide them in good time with the most talented and highly skilled top performers from the widest possible market spectrum. The relationship it describes is not that of an outside supplier but of an extension of the client's own HR department, which is the argument it makes for engaging it, and enquiries are handled through the Contact Us page rather than through a published telephone number or email address.
