Uknighted Recruitment

Uknighted Recruitment is a recruitment agency serving Australia's commercial construction and architecture and design industries. It partners with builders, developers and contractors, and with architecture and design firms, and is based in Melbourne.

On the construction side it recruits Site Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators and Contract Administrators, along with quantity surveyors, commercial and procurement staff, and health, safety and environment roles. In architecture and design it fills roles from graduate and registered architects to interior designers, visualisers, studio managers and landscape architects. It also supports hybrid roles that cross architecture, design and construction.

The agency was founded by a qualified architect with roots in Australia's architecture and commercial construction sectors, who leads it. It says it applies its marketing expertise to build tailored go-to-market strategies for clients' hiring, and it runs a job board where candidates can register and set up job alerts.
