Uitzendburo Tradiro

Tradiro is an internationaal uitzendburo (international staffing agency) headquartered in Rotterdam that specialises in filling vacancies by leveraging its strong network of uitzendkrachten (temporary workers) across Europe. The company's approach is built on personal engagement, proven results and a guarantee of staffing delivery. The firm supports over 1,800 temporary workers throughout their employment and stay, providing not only work placement but also quality housing, transport to and from work and comprehensive support services.

Tradiro operates as Europe's only specialised staffing agency offering guarantees for vacancy fulfilment thanks to its proven working methods. The company works with employers who are willing to expand their boundaries and recognises that unfilled vacancies restrain growth. Services include recruitment, selection and placement (werving en selectie). For workers, Tradiro provides onboarding support and housing upon arrival, arranges transport and access to personal vehicles, covers health insurance and offers language courses and training programmes to support career development.

The company works exclusively with screened, trustworthy employers committed to worker welfare. Key clients include Vreugdenhil Bulbs and Plants, Greenvalley tomato and cucumber growers, and multiple horticultural and logistics firms. Tradiro positions itself as a pioneer in European labour placement, combining personalised, involved working methods with performance guarantees and a track record of successful international placements.
