Ubloom Consulting

Ubloom Consulting is a South African Talent Solutions Consultancy that describes its people as career consulting specialists and works to a single line: the right hire comes from the right relationship. The name is explained on the site as the ideal moment for something new to flourish. The team presents itself as passionate leaders with over 10 years of experience in transforming business and changing lives, believing in simplicity and growth, and takes pride in giving both clients and talent professionals honest advice, support and guidance. Ubloom calls itself a consultancy with heart and names its values as honesty, commitment, respect and possibility.

The consultancy places skilled talent professionals across a number of industries, and the vacancies it publishes show where that work is concentrated. One is a remote Software Developer role with a fast growing technology start-up that trains and upskills its developers, working for a fintech that is changing how companies manage their share incentive plans and that has a global presence. Another is a BI Specialist position with QlikView and Qlik Sense for an established payments software solutions company, based in Bryanston on a hybrid basis, aimed at someone who wants to use data to influence change inside a growing organisation.

Ubloom works with two entry points from its homepage, Hire for me for employers and Get me hired for candidates, and takes enquiries through a contact form or at [email protected], with Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram links alongside. What the company says clients get is focus on delivery, precision and commitment to connecting organisations with talent, with an emphasis on sustainable relationships and on understanding the needs of business clients and talent professionals rather than filling a seat. For candidates the promise is practical: it recognises that changing career is a big and difficult life decision, and it sets out to make the move as easy as possible whether the goal is advancement, more flexibility or an entirely new path.
