TwoTicks

TwoTicks is a New Zealand recruitment business that offers a hiring service aimed at small business owners. It says its service does the heavy lifting of the recruitment process using tools usually available only through traditional recruiters, in a form that is affordable for any small business. It provides its hiring solution across New Zealand and Australia and says it is 100% NZ owned and operated.

Founder Doug Magee says he spent over 20 years in recruitment servicing large corporates such as Hewlett Packard, SAP and Downer before starting the company. Tony is a director responsible for Australia. The company reports 9+ years in business and says its experienced recruiters have over 60 years of collective experience. Its team includes university students and graduates who work as paid interns.

The company says its aim is to become part of the client's team and work alongside them as if in their office.
