About the Agency
TwoScots Recruitment is a Melbourne based recruitment agency specialising in executive finance, qualified accounting, accounting support, payroll, HR and business support. It says it focuses on long-term partnerships rather than only filling roles.
The company was founded by Jason Sellyn and Jeremy Cowan, two Scots who moved from Glasgow to Melbourne. It says it began in a spare room in St Kilda 16 years ago and now has a team of more than 25 in Cremorne. In the early days Jeremy led the Accounting Support and Payroll divisions, while Jason specialised in qualified and senior accounting. Its first employee, Bree, went on to lead the Qualified and Payroll divisions.
The business is organised into divisions for executive finance, qualified accounting, accounting support, payroll, human resources and business support, and works from an office in Cremorne.
