Twin Staffing is a recruitment agency serving the Automation, Construction and Technology industries across North America, working with both employers and job seekers. It was founded by identical twin brothers and says it has been helping companies for over a decade.

The agency offers permanent recruitment and contract and temporary staffing. For contract and temporary placements it also manages the administrative load, including payroll, compliance, onboarding and HR. It describes a six-step process that runs from an initial discovery meeting through market mapping, screening and interview coordination to offer management and onboarding support. It reports an offer acceptance rate of 80 percent or more for its clients.

Each of the three sectors has its own division. Nic Banfield leads Automation, Parker Evans leads Construction and Jon Banfield leads Technology, and all three are partners in the business.
