About the Agency
Turi Wood Consulting is an executive recruiting firm that works only in Heavy Highway and Heavy Civil construction. It recruits for general contractors in these fields and connects construction professionals with career opportunities, many of which are not advertised to the general public. It says it has provided this service for over 25 years, and that its founders have more than 25 years of combined experience. The company was founded by recruiters who have spent their careers in the industry.
Employers pay nothing to interview candidates, and a fee is due only if they hire. Job seekers are asked to submit their resumes confidentially so that they can be matched to suitable roles. The firm also offers free career counselling, resume reworks and its view of the job market. It runs a referral programme that pays a $500 bonus for a candidate it successfully places.
Turi Wood Consulting is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
