About the Agency
TT Tech Talent is a technology recruitment agency founded by Trishna Thakrar and launched in January 2019. It says it has partnered with technology organisations to help them build skilled teams and to source technology talent in the UK and Europe. Its consultants research the technologies that developers and engineers work with.
The agency offers a recruitment service tailored to each client. It works as an extension of the client's internal hiring process, providing either a whole recruitment solution or additional support. It also produces reports on market saturation, trends and costs, and handles both volume campaigns and one-off hires, starting with an onboarding call about short and long-term hiring plans.
Trishna Thakrar has recruited in the technology sector for close to 10 years and has previously worked for IBM and SThree. The company is based in Harrow.
