Trylak

Trylak is a recruitment staffing firm founded by Ron Lyndon, owner and founder with over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Ron began his career in sales roles and progressed through leadership positions before systematically learning recruitment fundamentals including requirement intake, candidate sourcing, fit screening and offer negotiation. He then moved into Director roles at a large public staffing company where he built recruiting and sales teams from scratch, eventually transitioning to corporate recruiting as Manager at a Fortune 500 chemicals company (PPG). The knowledge gained whilst at PPG provided the confidence and expertise to establish Trylak.

Triylak provides personalised recruitment services with Ron handling every step of the recruitment process for clients. The company focuses on delivering efficient talent acquisition tailored to each organisation's specific needs, with a philosophy that working with a recruiter should not be complicated. Trylak aims for 100 per cent interview request rates by carefully screening candidates to send only those who exactly match client specifications, with the normal result being qualified candidate resumes delivered within one week. The approach combines extensive industry knowledge built through roles at both small organisations and Fortune 500 companies.

Based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, Trylak provides personalised staffing solutions emphasising simplicity, efficiency, and expertise. Ron's deep knowledge gained from various sectors and organisational sizes enables him to find the best available talent for each client role, providing a recruitment experience focused on results and straightforward partnership.
