TrustIn is a specialist executive search firm focused on software infrastructure engineers. It recruits site reliability engineers, platform engineers, AI and ML infrastructure engineers, systems architects, DevOps and cloud engineers, and database and storage specialists, mainly for startups and scale-ups, and also for research labs and hedge funds.

The firm says it works on a retained basis and aims to deliver a shortlist within 72 hours. Its founder, Marcus Gardiner-Hill, worked for five years at a VC-backed recruitment startup in London before starting the company. He places hands-on technical leaders, early Engineering Managers and CTOs at Senior to Staff level, and works mainly with Seed to Series B companies. The company says he runs every search personally.

TrustIn is based in Covent Garden, London, and names San Francisco, New York and London as its three core markets. It also runs a monthly newsletter, community events and a hackathon for infrastructure engineers.
