Trust Medical Recruitment is an Australian recruitment business focused on general practitioner and wider healthcare roles. It places doctors in permanent and locum GP positions with independent and corporate medical centres, and says it places people all over Australia. It works with Australian trained doctors and international medical graduates, and also helps medical specialists, nurses, practice managers and allied health practitioners find roles.

Alongside placement, it handles the paperwork around registration and employment, including visa guidance, AHPRA submissions, Medicare provider number applications, PESCI preparation and pathways to Fellowship such as the PFP, FSP and PEP programmes. Employers can use it for recruitment strategy and planning, and for documentation handling for prospective hires.

The company was started by Jessica Fryett-Tigges, who was trained and mentored by Ron Crause, a former president of the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia and New Zealand (AMRANZ). She has run her own consulting firm for more than 12 years, and the company reports 16+ years of experience as a healthcare recruitment specialist. It is a member of the RCSA and a corporate member of AMRANZ.
