Trust HR

Trust HR is a Belgian HR and recruitment company offering comprehensive services in werving en selectie (recruitment and selection), HR consultancy, and payroll administration. The company positions itself as a growth partner for organisations rather than merely a service provider, committing to support client growth through every step of their HR strategy. With an in-house approach working directly within client organisations, Trust HR develops deep understanding of company culture and processes to deliver tailored solutions that genuinely fit their clients' needs and ambitions.

The company's recruitment service goes beyond traditional job placement, working in-house with client organisations to understand their culture and deliver candidates who truly align with their values and operational requirements. HR Consultancy services help organisations optimise their HR policies and employee practices in a rapidly changing business landscape through strategic audits and implementation support. Their payroll services handle complete payroll and HR administration management to enable clients to focus their time and energy on core business activities.

Trust HR was founded by Ine Veys, an HR consultant with more than 12 years of experience as an HR professional in recruitment and selection. Ine brings a 360-degree perspective to every hiring process, considering not only functional requirements but also the cultural DNA of the organisation. Operating from Belgium with a philosophy that genuine growth begins with commitment and collaboration, Trust HR builds lasting partnerships focused on creating strong HR policies that make organisations future-ready. Their commitment to personalised service, attention to detail and long-term growth distinguishes them in the market.
