True Resources

True Resources is a recruitment and labour hire firm based in Western Australia, with its office in Balcatta. It describes itself as a mining recruitment and mobile-workforce agency and says its team has more than 40 years of collective on-site operational and drilling experience.

The company was founded in January 2020 by local people with experience in the mining and resource sector, and began as a two-person operation before growing into a larger team. It serves a network of drilling specialists and mining support services clients, as well as people starting their careers. Mining is its base, and it also recruits for oil and gas, trades and technical, transport and logistics, professional services, and hospitality and utilities.

It names Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney as places it works in, and says it uses ATS and CRM systems to streamline its recruitment process.
