True North Talent Group

True North Talent Group is a recruitment and consulting firm with its corporate headquarters in Westminster, Colorado. It provides staffing solutions to oil and energy, environmental, construction and engineering companies, and also serves telecom and land survey businesses.

The firm emerged within a land survey, engineering and consulting organisation and later developed into a staffing provider. It says its team draws on three decades of experience in relationship management.

For clients it offers contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements, managed services for building contingent teams, and recruitment process outsourcing with a dedicated recruiter working alongside the client's team. Candidate assessments cover leadership behaviour, core skills, ambition goals and cultural fit. It also works with individual job seekers to match them with roles.
