Trove Talent

Trove Talent is a judgment-intensive executive search partner to investment teams and their portfolio leadership. They are functional and industry generalists with particular concentration in healthcare, fintech, AI-enabled services, and consumer packaged goods. The company's approach is stage-agnostic, having placed candidates from employee 1 to employee 1000, demonstrating experience across all phases of company growth and organisational maturity.

The firm was founded on the conviction that deeper thinkers make better search partners. Their edge is defined by their natural capacity for depth, applying a certain intensity to everything they do, especially in understanding their clients, their businesses, and candidates. They focus less on process and more on point of view, bringing thoughtful counsel to executive placements rather than following formulaic approaches.

Triple Talent's service model emphasises partnership with their clients and candidates, providing consultative guidance and meaningful placements rather than transactional recruitment. Their approach to executive search combines analytical rigour with human insight to identify and place exceptional leaders who fit both the immediate needs and long-term vision of their portfolio companies.
