Trova Personal

TROVA Personal- und Managementberatung is a German consultancy that combines personnel consulting with management consulting and states its purpose in a single line: erfolgreiche Personalgewinnung für den Mittelstand, successful recruitment for the German Mittelstand. It positions itself as the partner for Familienunternehmen and mid sized businesses, and from offices in Düsseldorf and Nürnberg it takes on the filling of Führungs-, Spezialisten- und Generalistenpositionen, meaning leadership, specialist and generalist roles alike rather than only the senior layer.

The sectors are named explicitly. With what it describes as a deep understanding of companies, organisations and processes, TROVA fills all functions in Produktionsunternehmen, in Dienstleistungs- und IT-Unternehmen, and in Health and Social Services, so a single client relationship can cover a production plant, a service or IT business and a care organisation. Recruitment is only half of the offer. Alongside Personalgewinnung the consultancy advises clients on Organisations- und Management-Entwicklung, organisational and management development, and in that role describes itself as the personal coach of the Geschäftsführung and the wider management team.

Searches are not limited to the two office cities. TROVA works with its own research team deutschland- und europaweit, across Germany and Europe, which is how it reaches candidates for Mittelstand clients whose roles are hard to fill locally. The Düsseldorf location answers on +49 2129 59 08 20 0 and the Nürnberg location on +49 9131 9 31 24 23, with enquiries by mail to [email protected] through the Ihre Anfrage form. The reason the site gives clients for choosing it is the pairing of the two disciplines: the same adviser who recruits a manager also understands the organisation that manager is joining, and stays available to coach the leadership afterwards.
