TriStarr

TriStarr is a recruitment and staffing agency based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It has operated since 1989 and began as a small, woman-owned business. The company says it focuses on temporary and temp-to-hire staffing, direct hire recruiting and HR consulting, with administrative and professional staffing among its specialties. It also supports manufacturing employers in the Lancaster area.

TriStarr serves employers and job seekers across central Pennsylvania, including Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Reading and Pittsburgh, and in the Lehigh Valley.

Its HR consulting covers behavioural assessments, search committee support, team-building programmes and job descriptions for HR departments and senior management teams. It says it can act as an extension of a client's human resources department for staffing and recruiting. It reports that its management team has more than 60 combined years of recruiting and hiring experience.
