Trinity House Group

Trinity House Group is a recruitment firm founded in 2020 that carries out executive and senior-level search across finance, board, technology and the public sector. It recruits across the UK and has offices in Birmingham and London.

The firm works through four divisions. Executive & Board Appointments handles executive and non-executive board appointments. Technology & Transformation hires change professionals. Finance places newly qualified accountants through to senior finance leaders. The Non-profit & Public Sector division recruits finance staff on interim and permanent terms for clients such as universities, colleges, central government initiatives, charities and multi-academy trusts.

The non-profit and public sector team says it has a combined 50 years of recruitment expertise. It is led by Laura Key, Director of Executive & Board Appointments, and Matt Sweeney, who heads the interim side of that division.
