Trident Talent Group

Trident Talent Group brings over 30 years of experience finding top talent for clients, helping them find the best candidates for the job, whether hiring for ground-floor positions or C-level executives. The company is a veteran-centric direct hire recruiting firm focused on placement for all levels of employment. As a veteran-owned company, Trident understands the teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills that veterans bring to the workplace.

The company's leadership includes David Davidson, Chief Executive Officer, who enjoyed a distinguished 26-year career as a Navy SEAL before retiring in 2013 to begin his second career helping veterans across the nation find quality employment. Naomi Bunce, Vice President of Talent and Recruiting, manages the Trident Talent recruiting team and brings over 25 years of recruiting and human resources experience. She has worked with clients ranging from large Fortune 100 retailers and major media companies to manufacturing firms, specialising in matching clients with veteran candidates who provide the skills, leadership, ethics and accountability often lacking in today's workforce.

Triden Talent's mission is to find and place the best talent with the perfect employment opportunity, giving veterans the chance to build their careers and become valued members of client teams. The company provides a complimentary Candidate Management Portal to all clients, enabling real-time collaboration with placement professionals and an online pipeline for viewing and rating submitted candidates. The firm leverages a talent intelligence platform with a database of over 100 million candidates in the US and Canada, using state-of-the-art natural language processing and custom algorithms to identify perfect candidate matches.
