trg. is a recruitment business for the technology industry, with an office in London. It was founded in Chiswick in May 2005. Phill Bateman, its founder and director, became sole owner in June 2014, and Rob Dawson is also a director.

It describes itself as a relationship-led talent partner embedded in client organisations, working in long-term partnerships with companies from pre-seed startups to scaling businesses. It offers permanent and contract recruitment and retained search. Its specialisms are agile, data, design and UX, software engineering, DevOps, product, leadership and executive search, and go-to-market teams in sales, marketing and revenue. Roles include data scientists, back-end, front-end and full stack developers, product managers and scrum masters, as well as senior leaders from heads of function to the C-suite.

trg. also runs the Roundabouts, free tech community events in London that include workshops, panel discussions and roundtables, held roughly once a month. It says it has connections across Europe.
