Tresp Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialising in the medical devices and healthcare sectors, with a focus on innovation and technology. It works with Medtech and Health Tech organisations, from global innovators to local distributors, across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

The company says its team has over 20 years' experience in sales, marketing, management and recruitment in the sector, including knowledge of TGA regulations and sterilisation protocols. Its clients develop technologies such as robotic surgery, long-term pain management treatment, spine deformity and trauma, and cardiac and vascular surgery. Founder and Managing Director Mehdi Barzegari has over 20 years' experience in the healthcare industry, including sales and marketing of medical devices.

Tresp is based in Milsons Point, Sydney. It also runs the Medtech Launchpad, an initiative to prepare candidates for roles in medical devices.
