Treantly

Treantly is an offshore hiring partner that places Filipino professionals with North American businesses. It recruits full-time staff in the Philippines, employs them directly and handles payroll, compliance and HR, while the client directs the work. Clients who prefer to run payroll or act as employer of record themselves can do so.

It recruits for professional services, skilled trades, IT and security, accounting and finance, and healthcare businesses. Roles include executive assistants, legal assistants, bookkeepers, accounts payable and medical billing specialists, customer service staff and web developers. Clients review a shortlist of reference-checked candidates with standardised CVs and intro videos, interview them and choose who to hire. Engagements run month-to-month with no lock-in.

Treantly was co-founded in 2020 by Victor Kong and Richard Bui. It says it has placed more than 200 professionals and that over 95% of its placements stay past their first year.
