Traverse Staffing is a Toronto recruiting firm that places operations, manufacturing, AI and data, sales and finance roles for employers across Canada and the US. It says it has been in staffing since 1997 and reports more than 29 years of staffing experience. Work is permanent, contract and retained, with a guarantee on every placement.

The firm is organised into six capabilities, each with its own recruiting team: operations, contract staffing, AI and data, manufacturing, sales and finance. Its manufacturing work starts with food manufacturing and then moves to industrial. Roles it recruits for include plant managers, data scientists, account executives and controllers. Its case studies describe clients such as a food manufacturer, a construction group, a national title insurance and real estate services company and a wealth management firm.

Brett Lawrie and Trevor Breininger co-founded the firm. It describes itself as a digital company with no office tower, and it prepares a hiring guide for employers that maps their market, competitors and candidates.
