Tpm Works

TPM Works is a Dutch uitzendbureau that has been placing motivated staff since 2000 and describes itself with five words beginning with the same letter, betrokken, bereikbaar, betaalbaar, betrouwbaar and bekwaam, meaning involved, reachable, affordable, reliable and capable. From its several branches the company covers uitzending en detachering as well as werving en selectie, so a client can hire temporary workers, second staff on longer assignments or recruit permanent employees. Its stated method is to inventory what the customer actually wants and then look for the right person, with the paperwork around employment conditions and legal, economic and financial matters organised properly on the client's behalf.

The experience is concentrated in a handful of sectors. TPM Works names logistiek, productie, techniek and food as the branches where its years of experience keep quality consistent, and calls itself a leading player in flexwerk in food and logistics. The site also recruits for office roles, for woodworking trades ranging from timmermannen to interieurbouwers, and for teams of flexible workers where hygiene matters. Recent vacancies show the same mix: an Intercedent and Accountmanager in Helmond, an Assemblagemedewerker in Son en Breugel for a client that develops pipeline inspection cameras, a Lijn and Machine Operator for a family owned meat processing business, and Productiemedewerker Vleesverwerking and Operator roles across Helmond, Best and Son.

TPM Works runs from Helmond, Oss and Ede and says that between them these branches cover a large part of the Netherlands. Its head office is at Vossenbeemd 110, 5705CL Helmond, on +31 (0)492 56 16 60 and [email protected], and the site carries a Certificeringen page alongside Zakelijke diensten. Clients are offered fixed account managers and easy reachability, which the company links directly to involvement and service quality, and the mission is stated twice over: to unburden employers as far as possible and to get workers into suitable work quickly.
