TPIA is a French recruitment and temporary staffing agency specialising in heritage crafts (métiers d'art) and construction sectors, operating as part of the Network Interim group. Founded in 2014, the company operates as a family-run, human-scale business appreciated by clients and temporary workers for its sector expertise, understanding of craft trades, and quality recruitment practices. TPIA maintains two primary agency locations in Paris: one focused on heritage crafts and historic building restoration, and another focused on construction and public works. The company has expanded to include multiple Network Interim affiliated agencies across southern France including Nice, Cannes, Lyon, Toulouse, Avignon, and other locations.

TPIA's heritage crafts division (Métiers d'Art et Bâti Ancien) works with clients engaged in monument restoration, historic building renovation, palace and embassy projects, national assembly buildings, presidential palaces, and museum restoration. These projects operate under the oversight of the Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles (DRAC) and Architects in Chief of Historic Monuments. TPIA places stonemasons, sculptors, restoration specialists, mosaicists, bronzeworkers, carpenters, marquetry specialists, parquet floors experts, decorative painters, historic paint restorers, plaster specialists, and related heritage trades. Projects typically span national territory and extend internationally. TPIA's construction and public works division (Travaux Publics et Bâtiment) recruits personnel for civil engineering, public works, and building sectors including roles as masons, excavator operators, demolition specialists, network installers, and supervisory positions.

TPIA emphasises developing deep market expertise and maintaining high standards of recruitment quality and worker safety. The company prioritises ongoing professional development and safety practices for temporary workers, positioning itself as a trusted recruitment partner for demanding heritage and construction projects.
