Tourism Talent is an executive search firm that works in tourism and hospitality. It also offers fractional hiring, which supplies on-demand contract professionals in marketing, sales, product development, destination management, finance and technology on project or monthly retainer terms. Further services are governance recruitment for boards and advisory boards, and white-labelled recruitment delivered under a client's own name.

The firm is led by managing director Jason Hill, with co-founder Dylan Rushbrook as a director. Its directors and consultants cover hotels, resorts and accommodation, business events, Japan and Singapore, and its contacts handle roles in New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Singapore. The team says it comes from the industry and has over 120 years of combined experience.

It sources candidates through personal connections, an in-house database and AI search technology, and says it uses a three week search window to source talent. It attends and sponsors tourism and hotel conferences in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
