Topsearch

Topsearch is a Norwegian headhunting specialist with over 20 years of market experience focused on identifying and recruiting professionals in three core specialisations: sales leadership, logistics, and finance roles, including their respective management positions. The company operates with a niche focus rather than broad-based recruitment, providing significant competitive advantages through deep sector knowledge and established networks within these specialised markets. Topsearch targets high-performing candidates currently succeeding in their existing roles, focusing on individuals with proven track records and documented top results rather than job-market candidates.

The company's approach emphasises quality over volume in candidate sourcing. Rather than mining job databases or running broad advertisement campaigns, Topsearch maintains continuous contact with senior performers and network builders within their target niches. This enables rapid candidate identification once a new search is activated and facilitates presentation of only the most qualified candidates. Candidate evaluation encompasses motivation, formal and practical competence, achieved results, reliability, and integration capacity with prospective employers and organisational culture. Thorough work analysis ensures that recruitment processes are tailored to client needs and candidate capabilities.

Topsearch serves clients seeking senior professionals in sales, logistics, and finance across the Norwegian market. The firm promises rapid process delivery, customised competence matching, and access to senior performers not actively seeking roles. By maintaining focus on these three specialisation areas over more than two decades, the company has built deep market knowledge and established the networks necessary to deliver candidates consistently ahead of broader recruitment competitors.
