Topeagle

Top Eagle is a Madrid based company that describes itself as a HeadHunter de HeadHunters. Its proposition is aimed at a hiring company that knows it wants to engage a headhunter but does not know which one, and it answers that question by selecting the right one on the client's behalf. The team presents itself as the group that will select your best headhunter within the sector, field, market and talent profile you need. Top Eagle says it has broken the market by arguing that a client should stop choosing a single firma de HeadHunting, consultora de selección or individual headhunter and instead have the best one available for each separate process.

The specialisation is the headhunting market itself rather than any one industry. Top Eagle sets out what it believes a client needs: an adviser who knows the headhunting sector and how it works, who can tell a HeadHunting firm apart from a selection consultancy, who knows market prices across every profile, category and sector, and who knows the contractual formulas and can offer the best of them. It states 20 years of experience in headhunting, holds agreements with what it calls the best headhunters and selection consultancies in each field, and runs the negotiation for the selection process itself so the client does not have to. The service is presented as totalmente gratuito, entirely free and without obligation, and the site keeps a Sectores en los que trabajamos section.

Top Eagle works from Madrid and publishes two addresses, a contact office at Calle Velazquez 27, 1 izq, 28001 Madrid, and a location at Torre de Cristal, Paseo de la Castellana 259C, Planta 18, 28046 Madrid. Enquiries reach it at [email protected] or on +34 687 96 34 48, and the site carries a contact form alongside a redes sociales section. The case it makes to clients is time and quality: instead of meeting every headhunter and trying to guess the best fit, a company can use relationships Top Eagle already holds, on terms it says are better than those it would negotiate alone.
