Top Solution

Top Solution is a Swedish entreprenadsföretag, a contracting company, that supplies staffed hotel reception to hotels in Sweden. Its homepage welcomes visitors as Sveriges ledande entreprenadsföretag inom hotellreception, the leading hotel reception contractor in Sweden, and sums up its promise in two words, kvalitet och trygghet, quality and security. The company is deliberately narrow in scope and says so, describing itself as a contractor that works within its own expertise and nothing else. The site is organised around Hem, Om oss, Hur vi jobbar, Hotellsäkerhet, Våra kunder, Jobba hos oss and Kontakt, with the Om oss area holding separate Översikt, Policy and GDPR pages.

The specialisation is hotel reception, and above all the night shift. Top Solution supplies erfarna och kunniga nattreceptionister, experienced and knowledgeable night receptionists, backed by a dedicated arbetsledning, or supervisory team, dygnet runt året runt, around the clock and all year round. Hotel security is treated as a subject in its own right and has its own Hotellsäkerhet page. The management behind the service is described as having over 20 years of experience of the hotel industry, and the site keeps a Våra kunder page alongside a strip of named samarbetspartners.

Top Solution operates from Stockholm, at Fatburs Brunnsgata 31, 118 28 Stockholm. Its telephone line, 08-646 83 00, is answered dygnet runt, around the clock, which matches the overnight service it sells, and enquiries can also go to [email protected]. Jobseekers are pointed to a Jobba hos oss route where they can register a spontanansökan, a speculative application, or apply to a specific platsannons. For hotels, the argument the homepage makes is the combination of experienced night staff, a management team with two decades in the hotel trade, and a contractor that does one thing only.
