Top Match

Top Match is a Dutch recruitment company that works from an office at Schiphol and says everything about it revolves around people. It guides professionals personally towards their next step and helps organisations find their ideal candidate, quickly, carefully and with an eye on the future. From the Schiphol base it works nationally and internationally on what it calls durable matches, bringing together data, human insight and a premium service approach. Its own summary of the job is the right people, in the right place, at the right moment.

The vacancies it publishes show where the work sits. Beveiliging is a clear specialism, with recent placements including a Personeelsplanner in Dordrecht and a Centralist for an alarm centre in Zoetermeer, while techniek is the other, with a Werkvoorbereider Techniek placed in Amsterdam. Candidate reviews point to further ground covered, including salarisadministratie, warehouse work and HR roles, and one describes moving between employment and ZZP work with the company's help. Each vacancy is published with its location, its weekly hours and a monthly salary range, and a section headed Zij vertrouwen op ons carries the organisations that work with the company.

The office is at Hendrik Walaardt Sacréstraat 437 at Schiphol. Candidates are offered a personal careers coach, exclusive vacancies, a CV upgrade and LinkedIn scan, and a transparent process with live status updates. Employers get one fixed point of contact, flexible uurovername without a buy out fee, and support for their HR department tailored to the organisation. Reviews published on the site name the individual consultants who handled each placement and single out clear communication and the aftercare that follows a start. The company can be reached on 020 795 2065, at [email protected] and through its LinkedIn page, and candidates who see nothing suitable can send an open application.
