The firm was founded by Noah Illig and Brennen Leftwick, who both worked at a national staffing firm before starting it. Each reports about ten years of recruiting experience. It offers direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire placements and works on a contingency basis, so clients pay only when a placement is made. The principals run each search themselves and send three to five pre-screened candidates per search.
