Tobi Talent

Tobi Talent is a Dutch recruitment and staffing company based in Brielle that specialises in transport and logistics talent placement. The company was founded on expertise built within the Rotterdam and port sectors and has expanded its reach from the Rotterdam harbour across the entire Delfzijl region and beyond.

Tobi Talent values what it calls "geluk" (contentment), understanding that work is inseparable from life happiness and that successful placement requires considering not just tasks and hours but working environment, colleagues, compensation and benefits. The company brings this holistic perspective to every candidate match, viewing itself as helping candidates find their piece of happiness through work.

Service offerings span recruitment and selection, temporary placement for defined periods, temporary staffing for time-limited assignments, and payroll services for organisations managing their own recruitment. Tobi Talent serves all levels from customer service roles through executive search, across transport and logistics sectors as well as finance and IT roles within the transport industry. The company covers all transport sector vacancies with equal attention and invites enquiries for services and professional advice from both employers and candidates seeking roles.
