To Search

To Search specialises in direct hire recruiting in the property management sector throughout the United States. The company focuses on connecting organisations with talent across multifamily, mixed use, hospitality and retail property management segments, identifying skilled professionals for a range of positions within these specialized sectors.

To Search recruits for positions including property, community and general managers; district and regional managers; portfolio directors and vice presidents; C-suite executives; new lease-up consultants; maintenance technicians; marketing managers; and HR and office staff roles within property management organisations. The company serves organisations across these diverse property types and management structures.

The company follows a structured recruitment process to maximise recruitment efforts. To Search gets to know clients first and hones in on sourcing to maximise their efforts, schedules pre-screen calls with interested candidates and eliminates anyone that is not a fit, then makes professional submittals to the client. To Search helps facilitate and coordinate throughout the interview process, mediates any differences to ensure smooth offer acceptance, and celebrates placements as achievements of what has been accomplished together before moving on to the client's next highest priority.
